 Patty Cronin is a native Rochestarian, previously spending nine years living in Las Vegas and five years in St. Petersburg, Florida. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business from Eckerd College in 1990. She is:

Patty developed her desire for travel after planning her own three-week itinerary for a trip to Australia, New Zealand and Fiji in 1985. Making her clients' vacation a "dream come true" motivates her every day.
Laure Wood is also a native Rochestarian. She has been employed with Monroe County for the last 33 years and became an Independent Travel Consultant with Cronin Cruises and Travel in 2005. She is a member of CLIA and IATA. With a love for travel, Laure felt compelled to become an expert in detailing travel arrangements for clients. Her desire is to achieve worry-free travel for patrons with every detail accounted for and to get her clients the most for their money. Her specialty is fund-raising cruises.
